About Coaches vs. Racism

At Coaches vs. Racism, we believe in the power of sports to inspire change. As a national nonprofit, our mission is simple yet powerful: to unite coaches, athletes, and communities in the fight to end systemic racism.

Sports have always been more than just a game—they’re a platform for leadership, connection, and transformation. Through action-driven initiatives, we mobilize professional, collegiate, and amateur coaches to spark meaningful conversations, empower marginalized communities, and create opportunities for student-athletes to thrive.

Our programs focus on:

  • Education: Hosting workshops and events to raise awareness and provide tools to challenge racism.
  • Empowerment: Developing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deals that connect student-athletes with businesses, fostering equity and professional growth.
  • Community Impact: Engaging communities through grassroots initiatives that promote inclusivity and cultural understanding.

Every step we take is driven by the belief that sports can bring people together and pave the way for a fairer, more just society. But we can’t do this alone.

With your support, we can continue to build bridges, break barriers, and create opportunities for the next generation of athletes and leaders. Together, we’re not just changing the game—we’re changing lives.

Join us in the fight to end racism. Be part of the movement today.
