I am a 42-year-old international Kundalini Yoga and meditation instructor with over 8 years of experience, dedicated to personal well-being. Certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), the Spanish Kundalini Yoga Association (AEKY), and the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA), I have expanded my knowledge at the Universal Institute of Advanced Medicine (IUMA) on creative potential, anxiety management, and conscious nutrition.

As an immigrant in transition, the recent end of my customer service job contract (a type of employment that supported me for 10 years with various companies in Spain) and the termination of my housing contract are pushing me to fulfill this dream, seeing life as an opportunity for growth and advancement through this journey and training in Thailand. 

This experience will enrich my online classes to guide more people toward physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Soy una instructora internacional de Kundalini Yoga y meditación de 42 años, con más de 8 años de experiencia, comprometida con el bienestar personal. Certificada por KRI Kundalini Research Institute, AEKY Asociación Española de Kundalini Yoga e IKYTA International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, ampliando mis conocimientos en IUMA Instituto Universal de Medicina Avanzada sobre el potencial creativo, manejo de la ansiedad y alimentación consiente. Como inmigrante en transición, el recién fin de mi contrato laboral en atención al cliente (tipo de empleo que me sostuvo 10 años con diferentes empresas en España) y el termino de mi contrato de vivienda me impulsan a cumplir este sueño, observando la vida como una oportunidad de crecimiento y una oportunidad de avance con este viaje y formación en Tailandia.

Esta experiencia enriquecerá mis clases online para guiar a más personas hacia una salud física, mental y espiritual.
