Blackburn Community Association
BCA is a volunteer driven organization that owns and operates two facilities, the Blackburn Community Center and the Blackburn RJ Heritage House. These facilities are located on City of Prince George property known as Blackburn Park. Our facilities, and various programming and events are part of the many community amenities that serve as a hub for the Blackburn Community and surrounding catchment areas, such as Ferndale Tabor Lake area.
A large part of our mandate is to provide recreational activities and community events for community members of all ages to take part in. As a group we felt the development of this portion of Blackburn Park would be the ideal opportunity to provide a new recreational area, one unlike Prince George as seen before. We are committed to working with the City of Prince George, and Park sponsors to bring this project to completion!
