Hi, im Lewis, I've done this before but I still need your help. I have a gorgeous sausage dog called Matilda. She's not very well at the moment and it is breaking our hearts. She has liver desease.
My vets are helping her the best they can but her surgery is so expensive and I am trying my best to help them, and myself and also help puppies like Matilda! 
Any small kindness helps!
