I strive to work super hard at work. I do overtime. I work on my days off. I'm highly depressed like most individuals and I help with my autistic baby brother (teenager now). I have a new German/shepherd rottweiler puppy (over 1-year-old, not 1 1/2 yet) that is a handful. My routine:

- I get up at 6 a.m. to help my brother get ready for school along with my parents.

-Try to go back to sleep my 7 until at least 9 if I am lucky enough to sleep again at all.

- If I work at 9, be at work by 8:30 at the latest, I do walk and it's not that long of a walk (been walking for ten years).

- If I work at 12 or 2, try to be at work half an hour beforehand (I normally don't go back to sleep though).

- Go to work for 6-8 hours. Walk the dogs for half an hour every single night.

- I get off at 5 and then i have like two hours before dog walking. If I get off at 8, then as soon as I walk in I try to remember to eat dinner and then take the dogs.

- Then I come back to get everything ready for the next day, get myself to bed by 10-11, and then sleep to repeat.

I have chores but I try to save those for my days off. I have tried to look for another job but no one pays as much as my workplace does in the area without a driver's license. This is the usual thing I go through amongst having depression because you can't save up for anything nowadays.
