Padrino Juan Jose Delgado Martinez is the founder/owner of the successful, highly-effective, 12-Step-based drug and alcohol treatment program Unidad de Tratamiento de Francisco Delgado. The non-profit organization actually has two different facilities in the municipality of Ensenada, Baja Norte, Mexico. One is located in Colony 89. We call it Unit 1. The other center is set up in the beautiful mountains of San Vicente. This facility we call The Ranch. While Unit 1 is all-male, The Ranch is coed.

Padrino Juan Jose is not into dark or cruel recovery, as is the culture at so many of these treatment centers down here in this beautiful, tragic, hopeful country. He is a humane, loving, caring, and talented visionary who works everyday to enrich lives and communities, not to diminish them.
