SUMMARY

• 3 years ago we started to renovate our house.
• We got scammed by the contractors who took off and left all the work incomplete.
• We have depleted all of our resources and savings during this awful experience. We have one bank loan for the house, a 2nd one for the renovations (money that was stolen from us by the contractors) and after that, a 3rd loan was not approved.
• We sue the contractors, but in order to go to court we need to pay one last legal fee.
• We ask for your help to pay for that fee and repair the most important damages made to our house, for our own safety and the safety of living.
• Even if we win the case, there is a big chance of the contractors declaring bankruptcy and we will not get any money back.
• We cannot afford not to pay the legal fee that we owe because that will mean taking the risk of losing our house. The government can take possession of it and sell it at auction for a minimum price to collect what we owe to the ministry of justice.
