We are 225 Vine Street Realty LLC, the owners of the Penn Paper Tower in Scranton, Pa. – a much beloved TV landmark featured in the opening credits of the hit series “The Office.”

Thousands of “The Office” fans visit Scranton every year to see the Tower and to connect with their favorite TV show.

We are committed to repairing and preserving this more than 140-year-old landmark for generations of fans to come but need your help in raising the necessary funding. We have created a variety of reward packages, including the opportunity to own your very own piece of the Tower.
