In order for Lovejam Campout to go ahead, we need you, our community, supporters & curious-crusaders to mobilise, take action & donate your ticket deposit to meet our crowdfunding target before the 1st May 2024.

Riding off the high of last year’s huge success, we will return to the sacred & gorgeous lands of Eridge Park, Tunbridge Wells. With the almost perfect formula of an aligned & supportive landowner, an incredible production team & partners, along with a divine orchestra of musicians, facilitators & heartful community!

HOW IT WORKS:
It's simple:
- [Step 1] : Donate a minimum of £75 per ticket you want to secure.
- [Step 2] : Share with all your friends & network to help us reach our target & rest easy knowing you have played a crucial part in our continuation
- [Step 3] : Wait till we reach our target & receive a unique discount code to claim your ticket after 15th May 2024
- [Step 4]: Purchase the remaining £124 of your ticket before 18th August 2024
- [Step 5] : Purchase additional options such as parking, campervan pass, sauna pass, children’s tickets etc via our website
- [Step 6] : Proudly walk through the gates of the festival & feel the power of community coming together against adversity!
DETAILS:
- Total cost of the festival ticket including the £75 deposit is £199 + booking fees, to be fully paid by August 18th 2024.
- This goes towards paying around 30% of our basic costs & helping us market the LJ campout properly!
- Festival tickets are non-refundable but can be resold via the ticketing platform.
- A final tier of limited tickets will be released once the crowdfunder is successful but the price will increase to £250 + booking fees.
- All additional tickets such as car parking, van passes, children’s tickets, sauna passes etc will be available when you finalise your ticket payment.
IF WE DO NOT REACH THE TARGET:
You will be notified by email & via our social media that we will not be going ahead as planned.
You can then decide if you’d like a full or partial refund of your full £75.
Non-refunded donations are gratefully received because we will always have unrecoverable costs such as marketing, administrative fees & contractor deposits.

How much is my final ticket price? £200. This is discounted by £50 for other ticket holders.
What does my donation go towards? This goes towards covering our basic costs & minimises grey hairs & panic attacks for our organiseing team.
Do I get a refund if we don’t reach the target? Yes, you receive 100% refund if we fail to go ahead.
What happens if we don't succeed in reaching the target? We wont be able to go ahead in the same capacity. Most likely we will cancel the gathering or find a way to go ahead in a much smaller, reduced capacity on another site.
