In the caste-divided villages of Bihar, India, Dalit and indigenous girls who survive sexual abuse are often blamed, silenced, or forgotten. Justice, the very system meant to protect them, becomes another form of punishment.

Justice Interrupted is a documentary in early development stage that will give these young survivors the space to be seen and heard with dignity, observing their daily lives as they rebuild trust, identity, and hope.

We are now entering the research and fieldwork phase, filming in Gaya and Muzaffarpur with a small, all-female team and local NGO partners. To make this possible, we need to raise €15,000 to cover travel, field research, and ethical documentation.
