PROJECT LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF (PROJECT LYNAY)

 

 

        PROJECT LYNAY is a Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operation that provides humanitarian

        housing and other needed services for the homeless, poor, and the less fortunate on all Seven (7) Continents.

 

PROJECT LYNAY was created and designed to aggressively address the poverty issue "head on" on all Seven (7) continents.

 

PROJECT LYNAY will be providing more than just the basic necessity of housing services for its clients while they are

participating in the humanitarian facilities being offered by our Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project

Operations.

 

1.   HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES

      Good, clean, and safe housing will be provided for each client participating in PROJECT LYNAY’S rehabilitation services. We

      will also network with other humanitarian operations that provide temporary  and permanent housing  opportunities for

      individuals not participating in our rehabilitation services.

 

2.   FEEDING OPPORTUNITIES

      Nourishing food will be provided to each and every client participating in PROJECT LYNAY’S rehabilitation services.

      PROJECT LYNAY will also provide an option of a vegetarian diet as well for those who desire to begin a Plant-Based  Diet or

      Lifestyle.

 

3.  CLOTHING OPPORTUNITIES

     Good clean clothing will be made available to each client participating in PROJECT LYNAY’s rehabilitation program. Dress

     attire will also be available for those who choose to seek employment opportunities outside of employment  opportunities

     being offered by PROJECT  LYNAY.

 

4.  MEDICAL ATTENTION

     Quality Medical attention will be provided for each client throughout their rehabilitation back into society. A client’s  health

      care and well-being is extremely important to PROJECT LYNAY and for its  clients.

 

5.  DENTAL ATTENTION

     Quality Dental attention will be provided for each client throughout their rehabilitation back into society. A client’s  oral care

     and well-being is extremely important to PROJECT LYNAY and for its clients.

 

6.  OPTICAL (EYE) CARE

     Quality Eye Care attention will also be provided for each client throughout their rehabilitation back into society. A client’s

              vision and well-being is also extremely important to PROJECT LYNAY and for its clients.

 

7.  EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

      PROJECT LYNAY has approved Twenty-Five (25) different full-time and part-time business ventures to employ our clients. A

              client may choose which business venture that they would like to participate in and learn the business from the ground up.

 

8.   EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES

      Each client will also have the option to participate in one of many different educational programs that PROJECT LYNAY will

               be offering which includes receiving a High School Diploma or Trade Education.

 

9.   CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

      PROJECT LYNAY will also be offering Career Training Opportunities for those who qualify or need to be recertified for  a

      previous profession.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

All of PROJECT LYNAY’S humanitarian services are being offered 100% free of charge to the clients chosen to participate in our

rehabilitation program.

 

PROJECT LYNAY will also be providing the same humanitarian services on a first come first served basis to anyone  in need of our

services, 100% free of charge, even if a person is not in need of rehabilitation or chooses not to participate in PROJECT LYNAY's

rehabilitation program.

 

The ultimate goal of PROJECT LYNAY is to turn no one away that is in need of humanitarian services.

 

Clients participating in PROJECT LYNAY will be participating in a One (1) Calendar Year Rehabilitation  Program. A client may leave

the program at any time but will be placed on a waiting list should they decide to return to the program.

 

MR. VICTOR M. GRESHAM FOUNDER & CEO

Victor Gresham started out as a Commercial Truck Driver in his early years and successfully followed all of the laws, rules, and

regulations that those in Law Enforcement across the country have sworn to uphold and protect.

 

During this time, he educated himself in the art of High Finance and he read many books on how to Finance Real Estate Investments

and eventually became a Licensed Real Estate Agent for Eight (8) Consecutive Years in Southern California.

 

One Thanksgiving Day, as he and a high school classmate and friend spent the holiday feeding the homeless and the poor in

America, one Of the wealthiest countries in the world?”

 

From that very moment, Mr. Gresham pledged to create and design a plan of how to make it financially profitable for major

corporations, wealthy individuals, and companies A.K.A. Private Money Investors (PMI) to help support, employ and help restore the

homeless and the less fortunate back to productive citizens in their own societies and communities.

The 70/30 Project Funding Equity Partnership Split / Share is a by-product of the leveraged project funding proceeds themselves

received in the form of a Bank Line Of Credit (BLOC) provided by a Major Financial Institution utilizing the Capital Repayment

Guarantee (Financial Insurance) Bonds as financial repayment insurance for our leverage project funding request.

 

Sixty Percent (60%) of the "Gross" amount of the new BLOC will be used to secure other pre-approved financial investments that

will 100% Guarantee the repayment of the new BLOC, principal and interest, secured by the Capital Repayment Guarantee

(Financial Insurance) Bond, due and payable in One (1)  Calendar Year.

 

The Financial Supporters' Thirty Percent (30%) "Net" Profit Split / Share will also be deducted from the new BLOC. The Financial

Supporters' Thirty Percent (30%) "Net" Profit Split / Share deduction will be paid out AFTER Sixty Percent (60%) of the "Gross"

leveraged funding amount has been set aside or "Blocked-Off" to secure other pre-approved financial investments that will 100%

Guarantee the repayment of the new BLOC that will be due and payable in One (1) Calendar Year.

 

The Sixty Percent (60%) being set aside or "Blocked-Off" to insure the repayment of the new BLOC in One (1) Calendar Year is

also a "Built-In" Financial Insurance Policy against any claim being filed against the Capital Repayment Guarantee (Financial

Insurance) Bond by the Major Financial Institution any for non-repayment of the Leveraged Project Funding Amount.

 

The Private Money Investors' (PMI) Original Principal Financial Investment will be financially engineered to secure an amount

equal to Ten Times (10X) the PMI's original financial investment. This financially engineered funding technique will increase the

The actual turnaround time from the purchase of the Capital Repayment Guarantee (Financial Insurance) Bond and the
