We started developing a fully functional website to purchase groceries online in order to start a grocery delivery service in our small hometown. In the process of doing market research we found that many independent contractors that work for Instacart and other delivery services are unhappy with how they are treated.
With that in mind we set out to provide fully functional but low cost
solutions for those contractors who want to take full control of their
own business and future.
The websites we provide will allow customers to shop for and
purchase grocery items right online. All money and order information
will go directly to the owner of the business. Because you can control
prices, where you shop and more you will be able to make more money
per delivery, set your own schedule without negative consequences and more.
In many markets these national grocery services mark items up
25% or more, charge a service fee and a delivery fee and sometimes
keep tips that were given to delivery drivers. Those profits can go
directly to you instead!
Further, because you won't be limited to one store you can
comparison shop, take advantage of sales and use coupons to save even
more. Every dollar saved is another dollar in your pocket!
Much of the work is done. We started this Fundrazr to raise
enough money to put the finishing touches on things and fund the
import of thousands of products and images in order for contractors to
start taking orders. We are starting with items from Kroger but
because you control everything you can make a few adjustments to make
this work for any grocery store you'd like.
