Who are we?
On the first weekend of November Santa Clara School of Law will be hosting an expert workshop on "Victims and International Justice. This event is a joint initiative between The Guernica Group , the Victims' Trust Fund of the International Criminal Court (TFV), the working group on transitional justice of the Latin American Society for International Law (LASIL-SLADI) , with support of several SCU entities, such as the Center for Global Law and Policy (CGLP), the International Human Rights Clinic (IHRC), and the Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education.
This expert workshop takes place in the context of an effort to raise awareness of and to promote the profile and the work of the Trust Fund for Victims (TFV) in the West Coast of the US. Consequently, we are organizing a crowd funding campaign on behalf of the Trust Fund for Victims that will go live during this week, as well as a formal fundraiser, that will be hosted by The Guernica Group in San Francisco on Monday, November 5 th .
What is the Trust Fund for Victims?
The Trust Fund for Victims was set up by the same treaty that
established the International Criminal Court. The TFV works to address
the harms caused to victims of mass atrocities, or crimes that would
fall under the ICC's jurisdiction, by assisting victims and their
communities. The TFV provides physical, psychological and material
support for victims and their families and are in charge of
implementing reparations ordered by the court.

without going through Go Fund Justice at all!
As of yet, the Trust Fund for Victims is not registered in the United States as a 501C.
