Dear Alumni,

I hope you are doing well. We are reaching out on behalf of the undergraduate chapter to ask for your support in helping develop the next generation of leaders within our brotherhood.

This year, several of our younger brothers have expressed interest in attending a leadership conference in New Orleans focused on personal growth, chapter engagement, leadership development, and strengthening the future of our fraternity. We believe this experience would have a lasting positive impact not only on the brothers attending, but on the chapter as a whole when they return with new ideas, skills, and most importantly motivation to step up for the chapter.

As a chapter, we are working to raise funds to help cover travel, lodging, and registration costs for those attending. We have most of it covered, but we wanted to reach out to the alumni network directly and ask for any support you may be willing to give. Any contribution — large or small — would make a meaningful difference and would go directly toward investing in the growth and success of our younger members.

More than anything, we want to continue building a chapter that makes our alumni proud and creates strong leaders for years to come.
