What I have already is the business license using Ownr. My business was successfully registered on OrgBook BC under the company name Overall Apex Supplements.

I have a manufacturer already to produce my supplements.

I have my logo already made and mock ups of my supplement products.

I have a AI accountant from Reinvest Wealth and I have a business lawyer from Legal Shield.

I have a AI SEO tool using aioseo.com for SEO rankings.

I have business cards made too.

How funds will be used.

The funds will be used mostly for brining in inventory of products being about $15k of the asking funds I need raising. The other $5k is for business lawyer, POS machine, website design, and the accountant. Everything else is set up and ready to go.

Our Goal and Mission:

Our goal is to provide affordable certified for being Premium Quality, Made in FDA registered facility and GMP (Good Manufacture Practice) for consistent quality and 3rd party lab tested for purity and potency.  We want to help people in the fitness world by being able to sell the better products for a better price. Our Mission is to provide better then the competitors in more then just Work Out supplements.

Our Future: After we have launched the company we will later lead to opening a gym which will be a different kind of gym.  Why will my gym be different then others? Is the fact we will offer more private work out areas as well as public work. Our equipment will mostly consist of BowFlex equipment as well as other leading brands. Our floor plan is to have supplement store/ Apparel and a pool, sauna, and steam room on first floor, second and third floor is for working out, forth floor will be for multiple Martial Arts rooms consisting of multiple different teachings will benefit marital art teachers looking to open a spot. And top  floor will be for spring/ summer time access which can be used to chill in the sun on the roof or get your tan on. 
Building this gym will benefit people in pricing, teachings for martial arts, work out trainers that want to use the top brands for equipment. There will be teachings for swimming instructors to teach students. This is what I aim for and this will take a few years to happen. And that is the future of this company and the road it is going down. Benefiting teachers and students by giving them the professional equipment in gym work outs, martial art teachings and the rest.

Pricing of my products:

The pricing of my supplements are at the lowest they can be for Premium Quality. Now going into competitors they will charge you about $100 to $120 or more for Premium Quality for a 5lb container. Worst part is most competitors are not well certified. Well I am here to change that.

My store will offer only premium quality, made in a registered FDA facility, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for consistent quality, and 3rd party lab tested for purity and potency supplements.
