We are Kätlin and Emiler, husband and wife, friends, and
tireless dreamers. We come from different worlds, but with bigger
goals that don't fit in our hearts.
A while ago, Kätlin and I asked ourselves a question:
Why does composting, such a vital solution for the planet,
continue to fail when it comes to the most common waste: processed
foods?
We discovered that preservatives, chemicals, and
artificial additives prevent natural decomposition, harming the soil
and affecting plant germination. In other words, the current
composting system isn't ready for the modern world.
We refused to accept this as a given.
So, in our own home, without large laboratories or sophisticated
equipment, we began to experiment.
And we did it, we obtained
incredible and encouraging results.
