Annadel Composite Mountain Bike Team (A-Team) hasn't added a story.
Annadel Composite, our local youth mountain bike team, familiarly known as The A-Team, is joining an effort to raise money for the construction of a bicycle pump track in Windsor, California. The pump track, once approved and funded, will give the youth and young at heart in Windsor a much needed, healthy activity to engage in. It will also benefit youth in the communities surrounding Windsor, as well as those visiting our town. The overall goal is to raise $50,000 for the construction of the pump track to be situated in Windsor's Kaiser Park. The A-Team's goal is to raise at least $5000 of the total amount.
The A-Team is a mountain bike team for all middle and high school student-athletes in 6th through 12th grade in the greater Santa Rosa area from Healdsburg to Cotati and communities to the east whose schools do not have a NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) sanctioned team. The A-Team athletes compete against over 1000 NICA student-athletes from all over Northern California. The youth participate as part of the NorCal Interscholastic Cycling League focused on cross-country mountain bike racing per NICA standards in the spring season. There are no tryouts and no drops. Everyone is welcome regardless of their ability or skill level. Racing is optional but highly encouraged. For more information, go to annadelcomposite.com.
The Cause
Help make universal access to fun possible by donating today! We are working hard to bring the Keiser Park Pump Track into reality and need your help. In partnership with Windsor Parks and Recreation, Windsor Unified School District and Redwood Trails Alliance, the King Ridge Foundation is asking for your support to bring this amazing youth cycling opportunity to our town and region.
Working closely with our partners, we want to create a large cycling pump track in Keiser Park as part of its master plan. What we need most is your help funding the project. Every dollar helps. Let's rally together to make this awesome opportunity happen!
What is a Pump Track?
- A circuit of small mounds of dirt shaped in to rolling hills

- Ideal for proximity to North Bay Met, Cali Calmecac, and Windsor High School
-
Universal access for all of Windsor
The Proposal: Phase One

- Small track with rollers, berms and elbows
- Kiddie track separate
- Track fenced with 5-foot black chain link
- Park opened and closed due to weather similar to Skate Park
- Completion: Fall of 2023
The Proposal: Phase Two
- 22,000 Sq ft.
- Original features of small track but expanded in size
- Separate kiddie park
- Track fenced with 5-foot black chain link
- Park will be closed due to weather similar to Skate Park
- Larger track allows for more play and higher speeds, with an extra transfer line and longer straights
- All track designs are designed to be rollable to attract all levels of riders, beginner, intermediate and advanced.
- Completion: Fall 2024
