The Snyder Nation Foundation's goal is to spread awareness of brain cancer and to help fund research for a cure through donations to The James Cancer Hospital, St. Jude, and other research organizations and hospitals. Help us help others fight their battles against brain cancer.

Here is our story:
Craig Snyder was the kind of daddy that every little girl wishes for and the kind of husband every woman wishes for. He was strong, supportive, kind, and loving. We were lucky to have him and we knew it!

Fast forward through a lifetime of amazing memories to November 2009 - our worlds were rocked when Craig was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Mutliforme, the most malignant of brain tumors. In his typical fashion, Craig fought with all he had. He had two craniotomies in the span of a week. After his surgeries, he began daily radiation and chemotherapy. In the midst of this darkness, The Snyder Nation was born. The Snyder Nation started as a collection of family and friends who supported Craig, however necessary. Some supported through prayer, others helped with transportation to and from The James and others popped in to keep his spirits high. The Snyder Nation continued to grow as Craig continued to fight, and is still growing to this day.

Craig fought a valiant fight and waged a brave war against an extremely aggressive brain cancer. On August 27, 2010, Craig lost his battle. In at attempt to honor him, The Snyder Foundation began.
