For 13 years, Drool Central: A Mum & Pup Barkery LLC has been more than a dog bakery in Alaskaāweāre a place where hope and opportunity rise alongside our homemade treats. Our mission: to train, employ, and empower autistic youth while providing nourishing snacks for our furry friends.
Why We Need Your Help
When I started Drool Central, it was just me, my dog, and a passion for baking fresh, healthy treats. Over the years, our little barkery grew into a mission-driven business where young people with learning differences could find real jobs and supportive training.
In 2023, we partnered with the Anchorage School Districtās ACT Program (Adult Community Transition) to launch a job training initiative for autistic youth. Our first successful trainee, Gino, graduated from the program and joined our team recentlyāproof that opportunity can change a life.
But as a solo business owner, Iām facing rising costs, mounting debts, and urgent needs that threaten Drool Centralās future. Without support, we canāt continue our missionāor keep the doors open for the next Gino.

What is DroolCentral
Drool Central is a dog bakery in Alaska, founded in 2013. In 2023, we began a new mission: to provide job training and employment for autistic youth, helping them gain skills and confidence while making healthy dog treats.
Purpose
Every contribution directly supports payroll for autistic youth, essential equipment, upgrades, and keeping our bakery open. See our detailed funding breakdown above.
