I am creating a movement not new to the arena but a different focus - Real Estate for Self Employed Borrowers!

I am a Real Estate Broker by Trade and Business Consultant and often times see so many frustrated Self Employed Borrowers struggle to obtain a traditional or even private loan for a Primary Residence or their next investment.  

Any of these problems resonate:

• Income Verification is Complex
• Tax Returns Do not Reflect All of the Story
• Higher Scrutiny of Business Security
• Validation of International Assets or Unable to Use
• Fluctuating or Seasonal Income
• ...The List Goes On and One...

A Problem that needs an answer- I am an experienced Broker in Both Residential and Commercial and see the need for Self Employed Borrowers to Fix Blemishes or not able to obtain for one of the reasons listed above.

I am currently working in Texas securing High End Properties to Fix, Purchase, Hold for a Year for the Investor and Sell to them.  A Win-Win for that Self Employed Individual.  We now have a focus in the Hill Country Area, Dallas Ft. Wort TX Markets.
