Waiting to take a ride on the Avenger. Turned 70 yrs old and decided it was tme to go a little crazy . Have ridden on 8 types of WWll planes the last 2 years. Used to build plastic models of these planes when I was a kid. Some of the veterans who flew on these planes would sometimes show up at the airports. Their stories would put tears in your eyes.

After 20 years of airshows displaying the aerial combat history of our greatest generation, our TBM Avenger suffered a collapse of the left main landing gear while taxiing at a Phoenix airshow. Help her fly again to teach adults and children about WWII.
