Ok folks I know we are always asking for donations but we REALLY REALLY NEED your help now more then ever. There have been 7 horses next to me that I have been concerned about and notified law enforcement a few weeks back about. I keep getting told "we are working on it" In the process a kind hearted woman answered the ad on craigs list and was going to take one. The owner told her if she did not take the 5 worse he would put them down as he would rather put them down then see them go to a rescue. So she took all 5 on Monday she went to the feed store to get help as she knew she was in over her head. These horses have weighed heavy on my heart since even more once I realized they were gone as I was very concerned about them. The feed store gave her my information and she got in contact with me. We spent today out there assessing everyone and getting weights on them. With that being said we are in desperate need of funds for farrier, dental and vet care. None of these horses have current coggins so we can not begin to place them until we get them drawn. We also need feed, hay, wormer and desanding items. I took 4 bags of Senior Feed out today and am going to work on getting hay for them. I need everyone to please blast this out to everyone you know we need donations.
