How Your Donation Makes an Impact

Our chapter works towards creating a more diverse profession while advocating equity and justice in our community. From making design professionals accessible to inquisitive students, to providing tools to our members on how to overcome barriers and grow as professionals in the construction industry, NOMAaz members are actively engaged in our community, contributing to the path towards social justice.

Our Scholarship program was started in honor of founding member John Reese Williams. The fund supports various programs: Undergraduate and Graduate Students tuition and cost of living expenses, K-12 Initiatives within the community including Project Pipeline and AZKidsbuild. The fund further supports our ARE Prep seminars, which we provide free of charge to emerging professionals in pursuit of licensure, to aid with reimbursement for exams.

In honor of John R. Williams, one of NOMA Arizona’s founding members, the Arizona Chapter with the help of our community is offering the opportunity to provide financial assistance to our student members as they pursue their degrees.
