DCCLT is the solution. As Detroit’s first legally formed community land trust, we hold land in perpetuity, ensuring it is never sold and remains a resource for the people. With 50+ city lots under our care, we’re creating deeply affordable homes, fostering food security, and providing spaces for connection and creativity.
