Every year, our cross country program requires a number of costs to ensure a successful season for the team such as:
- knowledgeable certified coaches
- uniforms
- strength training and recovery equipment for injury prevention
- invitational fees
- transportation to races
By having access to these things, our athletes are able to have quality instruction and opportunities to help them grow both individually and as a team.
However, many of these costs are not able to be fully funded by the school.
You can help solve this problem by donating easily through this link to support our program and sharing this link with others who can donate as well! Our team goal is to raise $2021 or more by the end of the 2021 season in November. Along with this goal, our athletes have a goal of running 2021+ team miles including pre-season training through the end of the season.
When you donate, you can subscribe to the weekly updates when we will share who is on the leaderboard for:
1. Most Improved - top 3 students each week who
demonstrate growth through participation, hard work, and consistency.
2. Most Mileage - top 3 students in the lead who have
logged the most miles each week (running and walking miles done both
at practice and on their own recorded through Strava app.)
3. The Weekly Saint - one student being recognized
each week for being a team player who embodies encouragement,
inclusion, team unity, and a positive spirit.
4. Highest Fundraiser - top 3 students who are in the
lead each week for highest donations generated.
At the end of the 2021 season we will award the top student in each category.
