A Danville resident for over 30 years, Shelley has two children who attended San Ramon Valley Unified School District ("SRVUSD") schools.  She has worked tirelessly for the students, parents, and teachers in the SRVUSD in many leadership roles, including PTA and Booster Group president at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.  In addition, she chaired a variety of committees at her children's schools, including school registration and grad night at San Ramon Valley High School.

Her work as Chairperson of the SRVUSD Parcel Tax Oversight Committee and Vice-Chair of the SRVUSD Facilities Oversight Committee has given her great insight into the workings of district finances and how funds are allocated. Seventeen years working as an HR/Finance Manager for a tech company has prepared her to be both fiscally and financially savvy.

Shelley believes in providing a quality and safe public education for all our students, being fiscally transparent, and will bring diverse experience and a fresh perspective to the table. She is committed to finding the best way to move forward with the many issues the SRVUSD is facing.

Shelley will be instrumental in finding and working on solutions for the challenges at hand. She will listen to all parties and diligently researches, proposes, and implements those solutions.

Vote for Shelley on November 3 for a “Positive Voice for Change” to help our school district make the best choices for our community.

In order to unseat the incumbent for SRVUSD School Board, Area 2, we need your support.  Please donate so that we can run a successful campaign and bring a “Positive Voice for Change” to help our school district make the best choices for all our students.  Let’s do this together!
