UrbanPromise Honduras provides our young leaders with classroom training, professional mentoring, and a wage - which serves as a vital aid for many families in our communities. We empower our youth to be strong servant leaders, holding them to high expectations in a culture where that is not the norm, and looking to Jesus' example as the epitome of Servant Leadership.
"Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations..." Matthew 28:19. We love Jesus and desire to make Him known in the lives of our youth! $60 provides a youth with opportunities like One-to-One Mentoring, Youth Ministry Nights & team devotionals.
Our Experiential Learning Program UrbanTrekkers Honduras seeks to help the youth of Honduras engage the world as servant leaders with the heart and mind of Christ. Through opportunities ranging from gardening and exercise initiatives, to mountain climbing and both mission and cultural expeditions, our youth are challenged to overcome fear, explore faith and discover their standing as citizens and leaders of Copán and Honduras.
