ChatNEX is an AI assistant built for business websites.
Instead of relying on a generic chatbot with manually written answers, ChatNEX learns directly from the website it is installed on. The website remains the source of truth.
It can answer customer questions 24/7, explain services and products, help visitors find the information they need, collect enquiries and turn a normal website into an interactive customer-support and sales channel.
And this is not just an idea.
ChatNEX is already running on real businesses
ChatNEX went from the first lines of code to production in approximately four months.
Today it is already live on 7 real business websites, handling real visitors and real questions.

We have already built the core technology and proved that it can operate on real websites.
The problem we are trying to solve
Small businesses often have good websites, but those websites are passive.
A visitor arrives, reads a few pages, cannot immediately find an answer and leaves.
Hiring someone to answer website questions around the clock is unrealistic for most small companies. Building a custom AI system is even less realistic.
ChatNEX is designed to close that gap.
Our goal is to let a business connect ChatNEX to its existing website and turn the content it already has into an intelligent assistant capable of helping customers immediately.
The website stays the source of truth. ChatNEX becomes the conversational layer on top of it.
What we are building next
The foundation already works, but there is still a significant amount of work between a working product and a platform that can be deployed at scale.
Funding will help us continue development in areas such as:
- improving reliability and automated diagnostics
- expanding website learning and content understanding
- improving customer enquiry and lead management
- completing subscription and payment infrastructure
- making installation and onboarding easier
- expanding integrations beyond the current setup
- improving monitoring and administration tools
- scaling hosting and infrastructure

- preparing ChatNEX for wider international use
- introducing ChatNEX into other products and platforms where an AI assistant can genuinely help users
One of the integrations we are already planning is PETAIL, our pet-care platform, where ChatNEX can help users navigate the system, answer questions and direct them toward the right services and information.

We are not fundraising to find out whether the concept is technically possible.
We already built it. It already works. Businesses are already using it.
The next challenge is turning what currently works for a growing number of real installations into a polished, scalable product that small businesses can deploy without needing a development team.
