They battle not only the disease but also a complex healthcare system — insurance denials, confusing treatment options, lack of support for nutrition, stress management, complementary therapies, and holistic well-being. Many cannot afford extra advocacy, navigation, or integrative care that could improve their quality of life, reduce side effects, and empower better decisions. Low-income families are hit hardest, often choosing between treatments and basic needs.

My Solution: Free Integrative Healthcare Navigation & Advocacy
I am Kirsten, an experienced and certified Integrative Health Navigator.  I provide completely free advocacy and navigation services to patients who need it most.

What I Offer (At No Cost to Patients):

• Personalized guidance through diagnosis, treatment options, and recovery.
• Help coordinating conventional care with evidence-based integrative approaches (nutrition, mind-body practices, supportive therapies, etc.).
• Advocacy with doctors, insurers, and providers to ensure patients' voices are heard.
• Resource navigation: Finding financial aid, support groups, transportation, and community resources.
• Emotional support and empowerment for patients and families.
• Holistic care plans that address the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.

These services are 100% free for qualifying patients (those facing financial hardship). Your donation directly funds my time and resources so I can help more people without charging them.
