この度のウクライナにおける戦争で辛い思いをしている方々に必要な物資や援助の費用を寄付するための活動をサポートするため、Pegaでは「Pega Cycle Challenge London to Paris」というイベントで注目度を上げ、ファンドレイジング（活動のための資金集め）を行う事になりました。サポートする民間非営利団体 Fundacja Widowisk MasowychはPegaはPegaポーランドの社員が援助しており、主に子供への食糧、学習機会、そして身を守るために限定された物資（武器ではないことを確認しています）の提供を行っています。ポーランドはウクライナと国境を接しているため、数々の援助団体がありますが、Fundacja Widowisk Masowychはもともと文化交流を行ってきたグループという特徴があります。小職はこれまで2011を機に災害ボランティアに参加し、ウクライナへの寄付や戦争停止のデモへの参加などを行ってきたことで縁を感じ、またPegaの自転車部が米国からもやってくるということで背中を押されての参加となりました。旅費は自腹です。このチャレンジに必要な休暇を承認してくださった上司大山さんに感謝するとともに、ここはひとつ日本からの関心を示したく、皆様にお願いする次第です。ご懸念ご質問はどうか遠慮なく富岡までメッセージください。　なお、この弊社の取組はPega外にもアピール可能ですのでSNSでの拡散も可能です。

Even though you may not hear about it as much anymore, the war in Ukraine rages on, with a huge impact on the daily lives of millions of people.　

To support our efforts to donate much needed supplies and aid to those suffering hardship from the war in Ukraine, Pega has decided to raise awareness and funds through the "Pega Cycle Challenge London to Paris" event. fundraising) for the event. Supporting private non-profit organization Fundacja Widowisk Masowych, Pega is assisted by Pega Poland employees, who primarily provide food, learning opportunities, and limited supplies for children to protect themselves (making sure they are not weapons). Poland borders Ukraine, which has a number of aid organizations, but Fundacja Widowisk Masowych has the distinction of being a group that has always been involved in cultural exchange. I felt a connection with Fundacja Widowisk Masowych because I have engaging to the disaster volunteer since 2011 and donated to Ukraine and participated in demonstrations to stop the war, and I was also encouraged by the fact that Pega's bicycle club was coming from the US. Travel expenses are self-funded. I would like to thank my boss, Mr. Oyama, for approving the leave necessary for this challenge, and I would like to ask everyone here to show their interest from Japan and APAC.　This action is sharable to the world out of Pega!
