Our history and context
Guibo Roaming was founded by Guibo Communications Inc, a Startup company who built Guibo Roaming Global Mobile Virtual Network and designed B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE Mobile WiFi. Presently located in Ottawa, Canada's national capital, we are internet service provider with on global virtual mobile network that offers telecommunication solutions to international travelers. We have telecommunication license delivery by CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission). Guibo Communications Inc., which already offered the Guibo Mobile global roaming SIM card, quickly realized that travelers' daily consumption needs had to be measured much more in terms of gigabits than megabits per day as traditional operators offered it to travelers. Large traditional mobile operators were limiting travelers' mobile data consumption to a 300Mb and 500Mb per day range during their trips. In addition, the quality and speed of the connection offered to passengers did not exceed the 3G and 3G+ standards. Guibo Communications Inc seized the opportunity to launch Guibo Roaming in order to offer travelers the possibility to consume mobile Internet in gigabits, unlimited, and at a speed of 4G LTE that will evolve according to the needs of the market. Our project quickly received our partners and potential customers attention. This is how we undertook to develop the Guibo Roaming project, design a global virtual mobile network with our B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE Global Mobile Wi-Fi and introduce useful applications for people who travel often. The venture has brought us to learn more deeply how the smart mobile router should be financed.
In short, Guibo Roaming offers an alternative to being imposed, when travelling abroad, a mobile data usage limit of only a few megabits per day by major traditional mobile operators, who are more and more aggressively competing to offer to international travelers unlimited access to mobile data reaching the gigabit per day threshold.
Overview
These days, staying connected to the Internet is a priority for
any traveler anywhere in the world. Every traveler wants to have
access to mobile Internet wherever they go. Sometimes, when
travelling abroad, either you do not have access, or you have access
but at a low connection speed. Alternatively, you may have to look
for a local SIM card to connect to mobile Internet. These are common
difficulties encountered when you need to connect to mobile Internet
during your international trips.
Guibo Roaming TM has innovated by developing the SIM Cloud technology that uses a global 4G LTE Wi-Fi mobile smart mobile router without a SIM card but which offers a virtual SIM to give you access to 4G mobile Internet in over 150 countries at a connection speed starting at 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload. Our B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE hotspot that you can also use for GPS navigation, has features and applications such as Google Maps, Google Translate, TripAdvisor, Power Bank and many others actually under development.
We are currently putting in place the financing elements that will allow us to produce our first B1 Smart Mobile Router, add new local operators to our virtual network to reach more than 150 connected countries and complete the development of our e-commerce platform for the Guibo Roaming reseller. The B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE Global Mobile Wi-Fi with GPS
The B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE Global Mobile Wi-Fi is an Android 4G LTE touch screen terminal. A very secure equipment equipped with Virtual SIM technology for connecting and sharing 4G LTE mobile Internet, and GPS/AGPS/GLONNASS geolocation technologies using Google's GPS navigation application, as well as other applications under development.
This mobile router is designed primarily to enable international travelers to purchase, before or during their trip, 4G mobile Internet packages from holiday or work destination countries, at competitive prices comparable to local prices of more than 150 countries, without roaming charges.
Secondly, it is also designed to be able to play the role of a
global Wi-Fi mobile and share the 4G mobile Internet package with
five other devices, such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, smart
watches or video game consoles, or to share the 4G connection with
up to five other people travelling with you, such as family, friends
and colleagues. We encourage you to use it as a companion who will
ensure you stay connected and benefit from a global mobile Wi-Fi
Internet connection of higher quality and, in addition, being able
to do the things you love most, such as keeping in touch with your
family, friends and colleagues while sharing your photos and videos
on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube,
Snapchat, Face Time, of sending emails, surfing the web, shopping
safely online, of watching your favorite movies on Netflix and
favorite shows on TV during your trip and many other things to bring
extra joy to your daily life.
Third, this smart travel router is packed with some essential tools, such as the Google Maps Navigation application which allows you to locate and guide you in real time and with accuracy to places such as hotels, restaurants, family and friends' homes. It also incorporates the TripAdvisor application enabling you to make flight, hotel and car reservations, should your smartphone not be available. It also acts as a "power bank" for recharging your smartphone, if necessary.

The Innovation
More than 150 countries which our B1 Smart Travel Router features a high-resolution 5.5"' touch screen, a most remarkable innovation that eases GPS navigation by providing better visibility. It can share its 4G internet connection with five other devices. It has a loudspeaker, a USB-C sensor, a proximity sensor as well as the "up" and "down" buttons.
Characteristics
The B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE Global Mobile Wi-Fi LTE can easily be transformed into a GPS navigation tool. Some features, such as the ability to charge your smartphone, the TripAdvisor application, Google Translate and other applications will be easy to implement, while others, such as Uber Driver and Lyft Driver, will require a partnership with Uber and Lyft. We cannot fully guarantee that these two applications will be available when the B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE is delivered.

Potential risks, Challenges and Obstacles
Equipment delays may occur:
As part of our planning and scheduling, we have ensured that enough deliverable buffer memory has been included to meet the scheduled dates. However, due to various factors beyond our control, delays may occur. We believe that our estimates are realistic.
Specifications are subject to change:
We have been exploring the smart travel router operation technical details for several months with the help of our partners. They are conducting hardware and software usability tests in different countries and we are convinced that the prototype's technical specifications ensure its proper operation. However, until the production phase, which will take place in the coming months further to this process, we will be updating and testing some applications that could be added because of their usefulness to travelers. Our goal is to build the best all-in-one tool for travelers and exceed expectations.
We need a lot of money:
The funds we are raising on Indiegogo.com will allow us to correctly enter the production phase of the B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE Global Mobile Wi-Fi with GPS navigation. However, we will need additional funds to fully deliver our finished product. We want to be honest and appreciate your willingness to support our mission. We are confident in our ability to deliver the B1 Smart Travel Router 4G LTE and we will continue to diligently and passionately pursue this exciting project that we feel very fortunate to be working on.
