The Munich Forum for Islam is an initiative, that aims to foster the identity of muslims in Munich and wants to promote Islam as peaceful religion, which supports the values of a liberal and modern constitutional state.
In order to achieve this, we plan to built an Islamic Centre, which consist not only of a mosque, but also of an academy, a community centre, an open forum in the middle as well as a museum.

The project is supported by all political parties of the Munich City Council and the city of Munich has now offered us a piece of land to realize the project.
Unfortunately the timeline to secure the needed funds is very short, as the city requires a financing scheme by end of the year.
Therefore we need help from the whole community if we want to realize this project.
We do not only ask muslims for help, but also appreciate assistance from any other person that supports a peaceful society with freedom of religion and speach.
Any donation is highly welcome. Names of donors which give 2500 € or more will be listed on the donor tablet of the centre once construction is completed.
