What inspired us is that every time you turn on the news something bad is happening to women and children across America in every city and every town.

Statistically speaking 1 in 3 women will be attacked in some fashion in their lifetime, 1 in 4 are a victim of domestic violence, 1 in 6 are a victim of attempted or completed rape. These are terrible statistics but WE HAVE THE POWER TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Our research uncovered the fact that most women just don't have the time or the desire to be a trained fighter. Women are too busy with work and family to attend a self-defense class month after month, year after year. They dont want to take their shoes off, they do not want to be thrown around. All women want to know is a few simple techniques on how to simply escape the most common types of attacks. This is why we created the Simple Self Defense for Women program.

The workshops are a one- time event that is interactive with practical hands on experience. Escape from any size attacker, Extremely effective techniques, NO Punching, NO Kicking, Simple to remember, No strenuous exercises, You do NOT take your shoes off. You will NOT be thrown around, Step by Step Instruction, we show you only a few techniques but also how to use those same techniques in many different ways.

These simple but very effective techniques are designed for you to remember them for the rest of your life! In fact we teach you how to teach others thus paying it forward one woman at a time! Help Us Pay it Forward! We Empower Women! Ages 9 to 91.

The funds

The money would be used to provide training and awareness to women and children across America through conferences, workshops, television, radio, publications, internet, print and social media. We would visit colleges, universities, women centers, safe houses and where ever our program is needed. We are on a Mission to Teach Every Woman and Child in America to Prevent, Avoid and Escape a Potential Threat Attack or Abduction.
