Hi,

My name is Maranda Waver. I currently own and operate Wholesome Hearts Early Learning Center, LLC, a child care center in Cincinnati, Ohio. I am enthused about caring for children and families. I am passionate and committed to advocacy for children. By the strength of God, I work from morning until night, ensuring that each child is cared for appropriately. This ranges from me being in the classroom to doing administrative functions, to media/community connections. Our team plans curriculum and activities that benefit each individual child. We strive for excellence by using assessments and screeners to provide more insight on each child’s developmental level and milestone. We not only focus on academics for young children, but our program supports students with social skills for making friends and keeping friends. No child in our program is left hungry or without. Our program offers three meals daily for children and staff.  

We have gotten awesome compliments from our parents. Parents share their gratitude for services their family receives from our program. It is really mind-blowing how impactful our services really are! I get overjoyed at the parent’s testimony of how their child’s language has improved since being in our program. I am also thrilled to hear from parents how their child is now socializing since being in our program!! It is a radical experience that only God can afford. We are blessed to serve.

Through many challenges the child care center has faced so far, one has trumped them all. We are facing an eviction. We are a small program who have not had enough students enrolled to maintain our financial obligation. Your contributions will aid us in keeping the doors open to serve children and families.
