I am Sébastien Delsaux, Founder, Managing Director and majority shareholder of MILKIKY LTD.
I have 24 years of experience in the food industry, including 18 years in business development.
My areas of expertise are agri-food research and development, production management, international trade and business management.In particular, I created the culinary aids with the brands METRO QUALITY (Europe), Dédicaces Culinaires (France), CHEFWISE (USA). Products still sold after 20 years.I also worked on McDonald's, Carrefour and Auchan products.
Milkiky is first of all a meeting with Damien and Emeric Chazal, creators of the manga HEAD-TRICK and the comic strip BOBO'Z. Universe from which the Bobo'Z character and the Milkiky drink were born.

Universe with which I immediately felt that there was something to do.It took ten years, including seven years of personal and financial investment, to make the imaginary Milkiky the existing global concept.A unique concept in the world that brings together under one brand, a cultural universe, a dedicated character (Bobo'Z the cat), a reference in taste and color. The Milkiky universe!
The Milkiky drink, which was originally only imaginary, was made because the fans asked for it.And it was these same fans who defined that the taste of this drink was the Milkiky taste.This is how Milkiky ice cream, Milkiky chocolate were then created....
Together we will offer mainly to children and teenagers The Taste of Freedom!The Milkiky taste. A taste for childhood, well-being, carefree. A taste of fruit and candy.

To make Milkiky the world's leading brand so that as many children as possible can have this pink look... this Milkiky look... this look of being happy.

The business project has no risk. As part of its sound financial management, of course.And to ensure this, competent people, who are already working on the Milkiky project and in which one person is a minority shareholder, will ensure the proper use of funds and future earnings.
The obstacles we could encounter would initially be in terms of time. A longer time to open markets.To cover this eventuality, a provision is included in the financing plan.
In a second phase and as part of a major and rapid expansion, we may encounter difficulties in supplying Milkiky products.Supply difficulties that could be due to production and/or raw material supply capacities.It is to avoid this that any Milkiky licensee will be subject to a study of these capacities and will have to demonstrate in particular these financial capacities to meet these commitments (forecasts).For Milkiky direct product sales supplies, an internal and dedicated department will be in charge of producer relations.
In the same way, this department will be in charge of quality control in order to guarantee the food safety of our consumers and to avoid any harm to the brand.

The campaign will make it possible to produce all the real Milkiky food products: drinks, Italian ice cream and machines, cone ice cream, chocolate, chocolate surprise eggs, chewing gum, lollipops, yoghurt....These products will be used to initiate markets and execute Milkiky production and distribution licensing agreements.
The campaign will also allow the realization of commercial promotions such as cartoons, games and applications.Commercial promotions essential for brand development.
The larger the collection, the faster the development will be. Our plan is to achieve the objective in 6 years.
The minimum amount required is £450K. The funds will be used to produce the products and commercial promotions as described above.
If the minimum amount would not be reached, the funds received will be used for the same development plan. However, we will produce fewer references and focus on primary products.
The plan has also been studied on the assumption of a fundraising up to £4M. The more money is raised, the faster international development will be achieved by setting up a dedicated team.

The forecasts were made by combining the results of several analysts. The provisional plan thus obtained required six months of study.
