Canines looking for a family to call their own will be wagging their tails in hopes of finding a forever home and "new leash on life". Have your pet microchipped for $35; pick up a Valley Oak SPCA volunteer application, information on our Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic, pet care and other pet services.

Valley Oak SPCA provides care, shelter and treatment to thousands of lost, unwanted, abandoned, abused, neglected animals; many of these are unwanted puppies and kittens too young to survive on their own.

Valley Oak SPCA operates a Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic where thousands of dogs and cats are spayed and neutered each year. We operate an animal shelter in the City of Visalia where we care for thousands of animals annually. We work reunite lost pets with their families, to adopt animals into new homes, find rescue organizations to take some animals and work very hard to educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering as well as being responsible pet owners.

Valley Oak SPCA continues to work on expanding our clinic operations and services. By reducing the number animals born “by accident”, we reduce the number of unwanted, homeless animals who must die. By spaying and neutering your pet, you can be an important part of the solution. Spaying and neutering also allows your pet to live a longer and healthier life by reducing the occurrence of many common health and behavior problems. We rely on generous donations such as yours to help us continue to do this good work. We are making a difference in the lives of so many pets and their owners. Your donation shows you understand and support this effort.
