The Big Texas Toy Run (TBTTR), a 501c(3) Charity, is a combined effort of the biker community dedicated to raising monies and toys for Metroplex children with intellectual and physical disabilities. The Big Texas Toy Run benefits Mental Health-Mental Retardation (MHMR) of Tarrant County, Metrocare Services (the MHMR in Dallas County), and other children's charities in the Metroplex associated with our beneficiaries. The toys collected from donations are distributed to thousands of underprivileged and challenged children all over the Metroplex. All funds donated are disbursed equally and earmarked for educational needs and recreational use only. This year brings about the 27th Annual Big Texas Toy Run, along with some new elements. Traditionally, BTTR occurs on the third Sunday of December. However, this year we have had to move the BTTR to Saturday, December 15th due to a home game by the *cough* team in Arlington. Be sure to save the date to your calendars so you won't forget about the change to Saturday. Along with the date change, we will be offering Pre-Registration beginning November 3rd at Noon. Be sure to check our website frequently because we will be having a special promotion tied in with Pre-Registration. November 3rd at Noon, you will be able to click on Register button below to Pre-Register. You must type the location you plan to start at and whether or not you will have a passenger in the appropriate fields. If you want to skip the ride and go straight to Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, then we'll see ya there!
