Welcome Boxer Lovers!

On Dec 24th 2010 the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue was conceived. At its conception, the group’s primary goal was to develop as a social Boxer group. They reached out to the Boxer community in Las Vegas for play dates at all the different parks in the valley.  Each week the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue group convened at a new park. The weekly meetings at the parks became a great way of meeting people who loved the Boxer breed.

 As the year of 2011 progressed, a concern developed with some our Boxer followers. Some of the Boxer families could no longer keep their Boxers due to life throwing them a curve ball. In some instances they were unable to keep their Boxer or needed temporary assistance in caring for their Boxers. The Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue then began saving these beloved Boxers in hopes of placement of the beloved Boxers in temporary foster homes initially until a new loving family could be found. After the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue saved one Boxer, this first Boxer led the Rescue into saving hundreds of Boxers and other dogs who are in dire need of assistance. These Boxers were saved from all walks of life: kill shelters, abandonment, or local surrender. In 2013, the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue became incorporated and in 2015 the rescue became approved for Non-profit 501-(c) 3 status.  

The Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue relies solely on our community to open their hearts and homes to a homeless Boxer in need of TLC. Foster homes are very appreciated by the Boxers who are rescued by the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue. Unfortunately foster homes are difficult to find and the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue would like to extend their rescue efforts by introducing advanced programs through their organization. The increasing number of homeless Boxers and other dogs is of major concern for the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue: there is now a need for a stable facility to house Boxers and other dogs in need of rescue. The Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue needs a stable facility to call HOME.  A Boxer Ranch location where we can call to call HOME is a top priority for the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue.  The Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue would continue their efforts in educating the public about the Boxer Breed and providing assistance with the homeless people with dogs in the Las Vegas community as well as providing care for Boxers in need after the Boxer Ranch was completed.

On-going fundraisers are necessary to provide the aforementioned goals of the Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue as well as veterinary care for immediate medical needs for the Boxers coming into the rescue.  Continued support along with special fundraisers to lease a facility to house the Boxer Ranch as the estimated starting costs are high.

• Lease $25,000
• Insurance $5,000 +
• Kennels $10k +

The Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue is looking for support from individuals, groups, educational classes, businesses, and our local business schools in the Nevada University System. The Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue philosophy is simple:

• Save a Boxer from a bad situation 
• Help Boxers in their rough area's:
• Training, rehabilitation, or medical. 
• Placement of the Boxers in a Loving Home.
• The Boxer becomes bonded to new family. 
• End result:
  • The Boxers are happy! 
  • The new family is happy!
  • The Las Vegas Boxer Club and Rescue goals and mission are fulfilled!
