WHO WE ARE
P2L is a dynamic and inclusive organization that provides leadership training to youth and young adults in order to bring their full potential to the world. We exist to equip young people with innovative leadership skills to help ensure they have the internal resources and external opportunities to think critically, act responsibly, and engage in a full life that positively affects their communities.
WHAT WE DO
Since 2007, we have provided customizable leadership programs and resources to over 5,000 youths and young adults both locally and internationally, and are involved in a variety of partnerships and initiatives that push our vision forward.
One such project is the documentary series Global Sorority.
This documentary and media initiative aims to create awareness around gender equality, and provide young women with sustainable leadership education. It encourages a global sisterhood in order to mobilize change, inspire action and create economic opportunity. The filming of this series has already taken us to Ireland, Italy, South Africa, Uganda, Vietnam, India, Mexico, Lebanon- and Vancouver.

Girls are agents of change
Aimed at girls and young women 11-18 years of age, the program walks participants through each module learning more about who they are. This helps to create a strong foundation of SUCCESS for the participants that ripples out into the world.
