About a year ago, I received a phone call that changed my life.

My mother told me that my 7-year-old nephew was living with brain lesions and that doctors had spent months trying to determine exactly what was happening.

She said, “Jeremy, you need to do something.”

I told her, “Mom, I’m a mathematician. I’m not a doctor.”

She answered, “Yes, but you’re the smartest person I know.”

That conversation became the beginning of Salynt.

Today, my team and I have built a functional MVP of SmartMed, our advanced neuroimaging platform, and we’re preparing for our first clinical-validation study with neuroradiologists in Baltimore.

Why This Matters

Every time someone approaches me about a family member facing a brain-tumor diagnosis, I hear their concern, their pain, and their hope. Those conversations remind me how urgently better tools are needed.

SmartMed is designed to help clinicians analyze complex brain scans, measure tumors, track changes over time, and create structured clinical evidence that can support better-informed decisions.

Our proposed first study focuses on adult diffuse gliomas. My nephew inspired this mission, and our longer-term ambition includes expanding the technology to help children and more families searching for clearer answers.

Why We Need $100,000

We’re raising $100,000 to support this first clinical-validation effort.
