A year ago, I decided to make some changes to my life after, the loss of my mother and seeing my mother-in-law fight everyday to be with us. So, I then decided to join cko simi valley kickboxing and it has been the best decision of my life. I have had Lupus since the age of 11, I have had my ups and downs and my goal now is to get healthier and get off all my meds. And this is why I do this challenge to continue my journey and to also help this non profit organization to help people who struggle on a daily with Parkinsons and Dementia. My mother had dementia and I wish I knew about this program to have been able to help her. Thank u for your time , now pls help me help others 🙏 🥰
I'm participating in a CKO Punchathon and raising money for Body Brain Train, a 501c3 non-profit that brings Senior Fitness and Wellness to the community specializing in people living with Parkinson's Disease and Alzheimer's.
