We are Canada Bikes, a pan-Canadian non-profit organization that advocates for everyday cycling in Canada. Our vision is straightforward - a Canada where people of all ages and abilities can cycle safely, conveniently and enjoyably to, from and within any community in the country. Encouraging more people to ride a bike has many benefits - for our health, for our wallets and for our planet.
For Canada's 150th birthday year, we have two goals: 1) For the Federal government to adopt a National Cycling Strategy for Canada and 2) Increased funding for cycling infrastructure across the country. We need your help to make this happen. Canada Bikes is a non-profit, and we rely on membership fees, community grants and the efforts of volunteers across Canada. We have come a long way with this approach, but we need your support in order to continue our good work. Please donate to Canada Bikes and help to create a bike friendly Canada!
