25 purebred dachshunds were abandoned by a hoarder in just three horrible rusty and broken metal cages on the front yard of a woman who does pet sitting. Thankfully the pet sitter called Save-A-Pet and we were able to get them to safety. These poor dogs are all extremely neglected, dirty, matted and either under nourished or extremely overweight. They're all scared and have no idea that they're all finally safe and sound!

Our vet will be checking everyone out first thing in the morning and get them up to date on all vaccines. We will also immediately start bathing and grooming out all of their filthy mats. These guys have a long road recovery like all horrible hoarding cases.
