Les GlaciElles want to inspire others, women, in particular, to develop and challenge themselves and help them to reach their full potential.

We are 3 ordinary women, taking on an extraordinary challenge, in the name of personal growth, adventure and good old fashioned fun. We aim to inspire others, particularly women, to do the same. Challenging and developing yourself can improve confidence, mental health and resilience, positively impacting your life and career.

Les GlaciElles run free training sessions for schools, universities and sponsor organisations, focusing on self-development, resilience, communication and teamwork.

We are taking on the worlds toughest ski mountaineering race, La Patrouille des Glaciers (PdG) and will draw on this experience, as well as our military, piloting and outdoor adventure experience, during these training sessions.

We're putting in what we can, but we still need your help funding our PdG adventure (the kit, equipment and training do not come cheap!). In exchange for the help we receive, we will run additional training sessions.

Every 1k (or equivalent value) of support = one more school, Uni or organisation. For sponsorship of 1k+, you can choose which organisation we deliver training to and can also potentially provide a full suite of usual sponsorship benefits (logos on kit & equipment, social media exposure, bespoke media content etc).

All donations are for specific costs and you have transparency over what specific kit or costs your contribution is spent on when you make it.
