In cooperation with the Dutch potorchid growers, in which more than 40 growers are united, an international campaign for the pot Orchid has started under the name 'Art of Life'. Producers have joined forces to inspire and inform consumers and retailers about the versatility of and applications with orchids. The campaign takes place in the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, France and Northern Italy and aims to perpetuate the current image of the pot Orchid, or to optimize. Central message is: Orchids make it in an easy way special !

The Orchid is one of the most exclusive plants in the world and is known by most people. In order to keep the exclusive imago of the orchid, the famous Dutch designer François Hannes designed the Orchid Twister® at the request of Art of Life.

A new and exclusive interior accessory inspired on the orchid. The Orchid Twister® is flexible to use, can place five pots and is available in five different colors.

Through the use of pots in different shapes, colors and sizes the Orchid Twister® looks different everytime. Also by choosing the right orchid for you creates a unique atmosphere. Sleek and serene white, to lush and hot pink red, the orchid of your choice will be in combination with the Orchid Twister® an eye-cathcher in your interior. Would you like less orchids in it ? That is also possible ! The remaining spots can be filled with, for example, a beautiful peace of art.

On the Rotterdam Excellent Live & Life fair François Hannes unveiled the Orchid Twister®, a whatnot specially for the orchid. But usable for various purposes !

Dutch fashion designer Jan Taminiau:

Jan Taminiau, one of the most famous designers in the Benelux, based a collection on this beautiful Bloomer. Jan has a great love for traditional production techiques, and antique materials and is always looking for correct shape and fashionable sophistication. About the Orchid he says: Orchids are just as fascinating as the women who come in my studio". He follows the colors of the Orchid, the veinlike structures and tones.

Fashion designer Philip Treacy:

Top designer Philip Treacy, a world famous hat designer, had designed the Orchid Hat collection. A collection of three hats, inspired by the orchid. He finds the flowers of the Orchid "the ultimate in beauty and elegance" and says that "the Orchid takes you to another world".

Shoe designer Jan Jansen:

Also for shoes can be the flower of the Orchid a source of inspiration. Now take the super sexy Orchid shoe by Jan Jansen. Jan tells us how the Orchid inspired him: "the Orchid has always fascinated me and when i heard of an Orchid species with the nickname Venus shoe, i just had to design a shoe inspired by these elegant flower".

My name is Marc Sol and i am 48 years old. Happily married and father of a daughter and a son. In working life i'm an entrepreneur. I live in a village called Nuenen in the south of Holland.
