After working for 14 months to create a safe place for all the rescued German Shepherds from kill-shelters, the landlord has decided to rezone the rescue property to a convenience store location. The rescue desperately needs to find a new home! The rescue has saved over 330 dogs since August 9, 2011. The rescue accepts senior GSDs, abandoned, and ill dogs who otherwise likely would not walk out of a shelter alive. Please support the rescue.

Amber Marks, the Founder and President works tirelessly each day to save this misunderstood breed. She has had 10 days off in two years and cashed out her 401K from her former corporate career to support the rescue. In spite of having an Ivy League education, her happiness is rescuing dogs from dire situations through no fault of their own.

This is an emergency situation as approximately 25 dogs need to be relocated to a new location.
