Mr. December has chosen BC Children’s Hospital as his charity in the first-ever Hall of Flame Calendar Donation Challenge.

“I think that it is important that all kids get a chance at a healthy and happy childhood,” Brandon says. “Not only does it help the kids, but it also gives families the comfort of knowing their child is getting receiving the specialized care necessary to improve their quality of life.”

Brandon is 27 years old and has been a firefighter for six years. He works for the Delta Fire Department.

Half the money he raises in this crowdfunding campaign will go to BC Children's Hospital. Half the money goes to the Vancouver Firefighters’ Charitable Society, which will donate the money to traditional Hall of Flame Calendar beneficiaries such as the Burn Fund and CKNW Orphans Fund. You will be issued an official charitable donation tax receipt.

However, if you help Brandon win the Donation Challenge, all of the money he raises will go to BC Children's Hospital.

You can also help by sharing a link to this campaign with your friends and on social media. It’s easy: when you make a donation, you will be asked if you want to share a message about why you donated to Brandon’s charity on Facebook and other social media sites. Please say yes and help BC Children’s Hospital give children and their families the care they need!
