Our founder saw firsthand how individuals and families escaping hardship were often placed into empty or barely furnished housing, expected to rebuild their lives without the basic comforts that make a place feel safe, stable, and human.

The grant funds will be utilized to pay for all essential requirements needed to become a nonprofit, help support the launch and operational costs of houses2Homes, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential items needed to provide housing solutions for individuals in need. Specifically, the funds will be allocated towards registering as a nonprofit organization, securing a facility, purchasing necessary equipment and materials, and establishing a team to oversee program development and implementation. This funding will enable houses2Homes to create a sustainable and impactful initiative that addresses housing insecurity in our community
