Welcome! As we wrap up a productive year, we are asking for your help so that we can bring our projects to an exciting fruition in 2023! We have many plans for 2023: premieres of new, live works by our Artistic Co-Directors, Jen Aoki and Alina Sotskova; dance film premieres; and new community dance workshops!

You can help us right now – every bit counts and we appreciate it very much!

As a thank you, every donation of $50 or more comes with a Voirelia tote and art stationery  (e.g., notebook, greeting card) - perfect as a gift for the holidays!

Every donation of $75 or more comes with a unique Voirelia T-shirt, tote bag, and a postcard or greeting card.

Voirelia is all about giving back to the community – through our thought-provoking dance work and community dance workshops we are here to inspire and connect people with one another in a meaningful way. But we can’t do it without you! We are a small, non-profit hub and we need your support.

How does my money help?

Your donation will help us produce two major projects in 2023 – “Minds in Motion,” directed by Alina Sotskova and “Echoes of Silence,” directed by Jennifer Aoki.

Who we are:

Voirelia is a non-profit company focused on creating original dance works. Contemporary dance is our language.  The moving body is our voice. We want dance and movement to be a connector among people and communities. We share our passion for dance through performances, classes, and art events.

Voirelia Hub is located and operates on unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We are deeply grateful for being able to work and create on this land.
