Nepalese children who are living with HIV/AIDS are neglected by their families and by their community. When the children arrive at the Nepal Youth Foundation with one of their surviving parents, mostly mothers (they discover the infection mostly after the death of father), they are in very pathetic conditions (ill, depressed and malnourished).

NYF provides loving care, shelter, nourishment, clothing, medicine, counseling, in-house non-formal education and recreational opportunities.

While NYF currently has the capacity of taking care of about 20 child/mother pair at a time, they are often overcapacity and run this program in a rented house which is very costly and troublesome.

EverestTechTrek wants to help NYF raise funds to build their own building, so that they can provide care to more children and more effectively in a purpose-built facility.

Join us in this effort. We had demonstrated we can make an impact ... and we can do it again!
